What's In The Course? Read Below...

There are 2 parts to the course:

Part 1 - Mastering the one-handed backhand

Part 2 - Mastering backhand footwork

Mastering the one handed backhand is pointless if you don't also master the footwork you need to execute it. Having a great stroke but poor footwork is like having a great car with no tires. It doesn't matter if you have world-class strokes if you cannot position yourself properly to make use of them.

Most players will focus only on developing their tennis strokes and never look at their footwork at all. I can tell you that after working with hundreds of players, many players who think they have a stroke issue really have a footwork issue.

In order for me to have made this the simplest but also most comprehensive one-handed backhand course in the world, I had to include footwork.

Part 1 - Mastering the One-Handed Backhand

In part 1 of the course I not only teach you the one-handed backhand, but introduce you to all of its forms.

Part of the reason players struggle with the one-handed backhand is because they don't realize that there is more than one version.

Some balls you get are either high, low, closer to you, or further to the side. For this reason, the you actually have multiple options. Different versions of the one-handed backhand have more spin, more power, are easier to be more consistent with, and most importantly have completely different contact points.

Most players struggling with the one-handed backhand haven't had this broken down to them, so they try to treat every ball like it's the same, not knowing that they need to switch to a different version to handle the shot that they're receiving.

After teaching you every version of the one-handed backhand, I'll also show you special drills that allow you to master spin, power, and directional control.

Part 2 - Mastering backhand footwork

In part 2, I teach you how to master backhand footwork.

Most footwork instruction is unstructured and has you dance around cones until footwork "eventually becomes natural". Not this course. This course quantifies all of the footwork you need to master for the backhand.

Footwork in any sport is nothing more than giving someone instructions on how to go somewhere.

If I were to explain to you how to go somewhere, I'd do 3 things:

• Show you a map

• Explain the cardinal directions to follow

• Tell you how far

So in part 2 of the course, I teach you the map of backhand footwork which does nothing more than these 3 things - and you'll be surprised that you can learn tennis footwork very quickly.
