By accessing or using the services, content, and products offered by Tennis University LLC, including but not limited to in-person coaching, online courses, and digital materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our offerings.
1. In Person Coaching
Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases of any in person coaching programs are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling, you understand and agree that your payment secures scheduling, preparation, and program resources, which cannot be reversed.
Liability Waiver
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training. You waive any and all claims against Tennis University LLC, its instructors, agents, or affiliates for injury, damages, or losses incurred during or after training. This includes but is not limited to strains, sprains, or chronic or acute conditions exacerbated by physical exertion.
You confirm you are in good physical condition, or have sought medical clearance, and take full responsibility for your participation.
2. Online Course(s)
Refund Policy – Conditional
We offer a 14-day refund policy under strict conditions:
You must complete the entire course and apply its contents to the best of your ability. Refund requests must be submitted by email to[email protected]within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if you simply purchased the course and failed to watch or apply the content.
All refund claims will require a demonstration that the course was completed and that a genuine effort was made to implement its strategies.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if these conditions are not met.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, written material, videos, graphics, methodologies, frameworks, and any other content provided by Tennis University LLC are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any material without express written permission from Tennis University LLC.
Violators will be subject to legal action.
4. General Terms
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. No Guarantees: Results from training or course implementation will vary by individual. No outcome is guaranteed. Modification: Tennis University LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
